Answer
OK, her live interview and today's DJ story suggest the US and Germany are the past, UK is the immediate future and China is the long term future.
Where does that leave us?
Where is the 200 million to be spent on PayPal going?
Is eBay, directly and through affiliates, too big a customer for Google that they won't consider a classified and/or Online Store function that would be in competition with eBay?

Answer
Ray, eBay is without a doubt Google's largest customer but I do expect Google to eventually create a marketplace of their own. However, I think their next major project is going to be a browser.
IMO, the integration of China into the US site will destroy the business of many eBay sellers and will also cause an increase in the fraud rate beyond what is currently an unacceptable figure.
The two hundred million slated for PayPal is mostly going to be spent in countries other than the US. PayPal already owns most of us here so they need to concentrate their aggressive manipulative marketing tactics overseas. I wish PayPal had never been born.
