Question
I was recently listing a couple of Arnold Schwarzenegger bobble head dolls and was suspended by ebay because they said the dolls violated third party intellectual property rights. The litigation between Arnold and Bosley bobbers has been settled and I thought this would make selling them on eBay a realistic possibility. I am having nothing but trouble with ebay (just getting form letters back from my emails, etc.) and wish to speak with someone about it. They have the worst system for this as the seller has no readily available way to dispute the claim. Or do they? Can anyone point me to a Vero dispute page or something? Or offer advice other than to not list these dolls?

Wowzer, if we all spent everyday keeping up with what we CAN'T list on ebay, we would never have any time to actually list anything....

I appreciate your comments, and welcome, but I am interested in specific advice to my original post.
I'm not focusing on what I can't list on ebay, I am asking how to reinstate my account above and beyond what ebay generally provides. Does anyone have an email address or phone number?

I don't keep the number, I thought someone would have been along by now to give it to you, go to that hijacked account thread, I am pretty sure the number is in there
I didn't mean you were focused on it, just that, no one should say anything about you should not have listed it originally, we can't keep up with ebays list of no-no's

This is a response that was posted by easymonee from ebay during the time they were working on getting reinstated after a suspension. They were reinstated the next day after following the email instructions.

On behalf of eBay, I would like to apologize for the delay in responding
to your inquiry; our email volumes have been extraordinarily high as of
late.
I reviewed your account and determined that you were suspended under
Section 9 of the eBay User Agreement. This section states that eBay may
immediately warn, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or
terminate your membership if we believe that your actions may cause
financial loss or legal liability to you, our users, or us. You can
review the eBay User Agreement at the following Web page:

We have, in fact, provided you with all of the applicable information
regarding your suspension. Unfortunately we are unable to provide
anymore specifics regarding this situation.

I think you might have two separate issues.
The VERO question has to be settled with the VERO company. Form and instructions on eBay.
Being suspended by eBay for doing something "wrong". They use it as a warning and usually let you back after a few days. Sometimes with an apology for having made a mistake.
It seems that is how they train their staff. Try, make mistakes, learn. Hurting users is not a concern.
They have taken not providing customer service to the level of an art form.
We are not uncaring, we are just numb.
