I'm Impressed With Bidzig.com

Question
I'm impressed with the new auction site Bidzig.com
The owner Jason has lots of zeal and is very open to membership and their suggestions.
The site is easy to use. It launced today, Feb 1st. It's not perfect, but I am pleased with what I see. Of course it's not going to surpass eBay, but it's refreshing to me to see an alternative such as this. Personally I've had it with eBay/Paypal because I don't sell big ticket items and you're wasting your time and effort selling $10 & under items. And no Fees whatsover at Bidzig.
So, I'm not spamming for Bidzig, just making some aware of it's presence.
I'm NCsports there.

As for me & my house, I'm very busy with helping out Jason at Bidzig.com It does appear you have an affiliation, combine that with, 4 of your 6 posts are promoting Bidzig and it certainly could look that way to some.
Good luck!!

What em3 said.

Answer
I've been Selling since 1998 and have alot of auction site knowledge when it comes to what people look for and am just advising him on certain features. I've never met him, nor know him personally. This is his first try at the auction site industry.
As far as promoting, there are 1,000's of posts by people promoting sites that are new and eBay, Bidville, Amazon, ePier, etc.
I like the site and am just trying to get the word out as only eBay & Overstock can get the word out nationally at $500, 000 a minute. The small site has to depend on word of mouth.

well, not the only way, but if froogle doesn't spider your listings, they most likely will not sell.

Answer
What does it have that sets it apart from the rest? How will they attract bidders?

Answer
the buyers will run when they try to load that index page, it's a nightmare on dialup.
If you're going for completely free, try www.blujay.com
It's glitchy, but loads and looks alot cleaner. Plus Froogle spiders it.
If your category isn't there, the webmaster is quick to add it for you on request, too.
