look at it form all sides
to me these changes and increases and re vampings all look like someone grasping at straws to me, I think ebay is sliding form our users side, so therefore it has to be sliding all the way around
the phenominal growth she has acheived and expects to maintain is getting close to impossible to attain.........
something has to give, ebay needs to fall into place, it cannot continue to be the leader with such strong growth forever......it is just a matter of time now.

Meg's rating for the last year by the months are all real low compared to the others.

I've watched this site and voted a few times over the last year or so.
It seemed to me that eBay sellers found this opportunity to express themselves and it reflects the point of view of customers rather than investors. As with this thread, it was often referred to on seller's sites.
Now with the falling stock price her rating seems to be even lower.
Her rating has often been in the range of other CEOs who were in the process of being fired, under criminal investigation or leading a company that faced bankruptcy.
I expect eBay is one of the few companies where customers were/are a large percentage of the votes rather than shareholders. I remember one article where a financial writer, not understanding the source of votes, asked what the investors expected when he reported on the low rating following what had been a great quarterly report.
