Hello to our Valued Community
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our members for their continued support. It is with great sadness we must report, SellYourItem.com will cease operations as of February 1, 2005.
Due to the continued lack of recognition by the OAI community, we are no longer hopeful of growth for our Member Supported Community.
On February 1, the Tech Staff will ensure that all listings and pending relists are ended and that all End of Successful Auction notices are sent to the Sellers and winning Bidders. Our Privacy Policy will continue to protect your personal information which will not be sold or shared in any manner.
The Management and Staff wish you success in growing your online business and thank you all once again for making SellYourItem.com a part of your online auction experience. Blanche

Answer
Wow. How long were they in business?
I once in early 2004 duplicated my eBay listings there, 253 ... sold 1 item.

Answer
like I said over yonder
if these people can't make it, no one can.

Answer
really, so bad

Answer
Sad, really sorry to see them go.

Answer
DAMN!!!!!!!! Does this really tick me off.
You'd think that I'd have learned a few years ago when Golds went kaput during the Xmas season.
Although the sales were few and far between for me * SYI, I loved the ease of the site, the Bulk Loader, and the people I've dealt with.
Unfortunately for me, I stored over 2200 auctions in the SYI Bulk Loader. When I needed to list at SYI, it took almost no time to get hundreds of items listed and when I wanted to list else where, I just copied & pasted from the SYI Bulk Loader to eBay or where ever.
Now all that work, time, effort, & sweat it took to write and set up 2200 auctions seems to be down the drain. I cannot access the SYI site so I'm sure there is no way to copy or import those auctions else where.
Boy is this reeeeeeaallly depressing.

Answer
Ouch, I can see how that would hurt a little.

I also at one time thought SYI might be the one.

They were good people.

Answer
Start a thread ove rin the mail forum asking for Sheila to email you, she might be able to email you something to rescue your items...just a thought

Answer
Sheila posted at the syi forum a way to get your info...
