Question
I tried to re-list some of my auctions yesterday and no auctions would re-list with a picture.
I tried again today to do the same thing and also tried to sell similar items and again no pictures would list.
I couldn't get thru to live chat to just a few minutes again, and it seems e-bay has a problem with the pictures coming thru on re-list and sell similiar items. It started yesterday and they still don't have it fixed.
Live chat tried to tell me it was in announcement or system information, but I have check that yesterday and again today before I tried to re-list and then just before I got on with live chat and nothing there about this problem. Then live chat says if I email to pictures problems they would tell me the same thing.
I just told them they had cost me sales with this and bye for now.
I was afraid I would say something really bad and get kicked out of selling, if I stayed on with live chat any longer.
Well, I will try again tonight to re-list and see if they fixed it yet.
Have a nice day everyone!
Answer
Here's a thread about the relist picture problem on eBay's Seller Central Board. Apparently it's a glitch and eBay is working on it.

I wouldn't worry about abusing Live Help Chat. I get the sense that the frustration of users on a daily bases create a tolerance or threshold for dealing with unhappy customers that is quite high.
The "there isn't a problem" and if there is a problem then "it's your fault' and if it's not your fault we would have known about it and if we knew about it then it would have been announced and fixed or at least someone would be working on it and have it fixed soon, if it exists at all, attitude from eBay CS leads to a certain substantial amount of expressed frustration.
Some even suggest we are talking to robots that always answer 'Is there anything else I can help you with?" and "Thank you for using eBay. Have a nice day" so your mutterings may fall on deaf ears or maybe that's deaf silicone chips not programed to understand and reply to certain utterances.
