Yup, ING. I think their US web addy is ingdirect.com.
I use their Canadian entity, and am very pleased with the deposit side. I am NOT pleased with the loans/borrowing side, so they'll never get any business from me there. But they ARE good on the deposit side -- no fees, easy to navigate interface, and better than standard rates on deposits, from savings accts to GICs. All their GICs are fully cashable (or were the last time I checked) and you can also deal with them by phone if needed.
