Question
I have an ebay store and use selling manager pro. A few minutes ago I received a sale notification email from ebay. When I went to the sold listings page there was no relist button or selection. I selected the item and went directly to it......instead of that header you usually see giving you the relist, sell similar....options I got a congrats screen....and no apparent way to relist!
I'm not sure if this is a general ebay problem, selling manager pro problem, or store problem (was a store item).
Anyone else out there see this happening?
Thanks in advance and hope you all have a joyous holiday season.

Answer
Just talked to ebay online help.....
....... ....they told me to sign out, clear cache, and delete cookies...... ......
I asked the fellow if he was serious....

Answer
What you described would happen if by some chance you were not signed in. Otherwise, don't have a clue why that would happen.

I am having the same problem and had a thread going on about it:
Sometimes the relist button is there and sometimes it is not. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm signed in or not, cache cleared etc. Commentary gave me a workaround with this relist link:

I just went to leave feedback on an auction, but there was no link for feedback, relist, or list a similar auction. I was logged in, because it acknowledges that it is "Your Item" and gives the buyer's Postal Code, but there is also no "sign in/out" on the auction page, nor is there any link to contact the buyer or email address on the auction. There is a single link to "Email to a friend", very useful on a completed auction.
I rebooted in case the pages were not loading because of a problem in my computer, I have had similar problems with the text box not loading when listing, but being fine after a reboot.... but no change in this case.
I re-logged in from my selling list page (since I had no sign in on the auction page) and the log-in sent me to "My Ebay" for the first time ever. When I went to the auction page with the fresh log-in, I had all the links back. I suspect changes are afoot, and we are about to get fresh hoops to jump through (probably necessitating us into using My Ebay more).
Just making a log of my frustrations, it seems relevant to what is happening in this thread.
At the end of that tether yet again, Kevin

Greetings All:
Skyline8 sorry I hadn't seen your thread yesterday or I would have jumped in there.
Clearing cache and deleting your cookies was a ridiculous suggestion and I told him so.....back 30 years ago we used to tell our clients to do a power off and on when we didn't know what the problem was and that is essentially what he was telling me to do.
On of the problems that we had been grousing about here ..... namely staying logged in ...... seems to have been fixed because I have indeed been staying logged in.
So....to solve my problem I logged out of ebay and back in and waaaalaaaa it worked. Now I really believe this was just coincidence. I think some one over there was working on the screens yesterday at the same time I was trying to find the relist because.......Not cache, not cookies, and not the login feature would have made me see that new congratulation screen that we have never seen before!
Gremlins in the works I tell you!

I noticed this a few days ago as well. The "leave feedback" is also missing. All my sold item pages were the same.
I just checked two of my sold auction pages and they are still the same way, and I have re-started my puter twice in the last 24 hr period. Only way I can find to re-list/leave feedback is from the "My eBay" page. I just asumed eBay had done away with them on the item pages.
Hope not. Very un-handy IMO.

I also noticed something different - I had a question from a buyer on an item and I replied by hitting the reply button and sent a direct e-mail. I later went to MyeBay page to mark the "Response Sent" link so the reminder in MyeBay would go away. It's not there by the individual item anymore. So now I have to look at that reminder until it finally drops off, if ever since it's a store item that may sit there awhile. Apparently now we will have to hit the Response button in the e-mail which will reply through the eBay system and we will have to choose there whether or not to have it post to the auction.
Bah Hum Bug!!

We wouldn't want sellers to become complacent and just use their time being productive on Ebay. Keep them jumping through hoops, and keep them constantly trying to adjust as they use the site.
This seems to be Ebay's logic - but I still fail to understand how it actually benefits the sellers, Ebay or the market place.
Kevin (who has used 4.7 Meg to look at 3 threads on here and list all of 2 items since rebooting 44 minutes ago - ridiculous)
