Date: 02/09/04 Time: 05:30:44 PM PST
Over the next few months, eBay will introduce a new system for billing your selling fees. This new system will add several features members have requested, including:
* Display of item titles, in addition to item numbers, on the invoice
* Ability to sort account activity by item number or fee type.
The new system will also change the way eBay bills for subscriptions. If you have an existing subscription, you will see an adjustment charge on your first new invoice (similar to how a first phone bill works). Members also will only be able to access their invoices for the past 18 months. If you would like to keep copies of invoices older than 18 months, please print them out from the current system for your records.
For more information on these changes, and to see examples of our new features, please see our Frequently Asked Questions.
About this transition
We are currently transitioning members in stages from our old billing system to the new system. All accounts will be moved to the new system within the next few months.
Please be aware that you do not need to take any action for your account to be moved to the new billing system, and eBay will not send you any emails asking you to take action. Should you receive such a request, please regard it as a suspicious email. Do not reply or click on links contained in the email, and please forward it to spoof*ebay.com. For more information, please see our Spoof Tutorial.

Answer
Just an interim step along the way to eBay's ultimate, streamlined invoice system, providing a unified, easy to read format for all sellers, regardless of volume or variety of items sold. In fact, it will consist of a single sentence: SEND US ALL YOUR MONEY.

Anyone able to intrepret that statement? Since my Ebay bill runs over $300 a month I don't like unknowns.
Answer
If you look in the FAQ on the new system it explains about the catch-up prorated charges to adjust your currently cycle billing for things like eBay store subscriptions.
