Working on My Website - If you have time, can you take a look?

Question
Thanks to the encouragement of a lot of people here, I decided to start my own website. If you have a moment, could you take a look and give me feedback before I get too far into this?

It looks great!
What are you using to create it. I like your tables alot.
I loved the Food link, I will be back to get some of that. Are you adding any more? like jalepeno jelly from the amish??
Only suggestion so far and maybe I missed it was if you combine ship?? personal reasons led me to ask that http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif

Answer
I am using FrontPage. I am pretty familiar with it and was able to use some previously-designed tables that appear to work well for this application.

I have a limited number of products at the moment but have the ability to add more. My dad sells these items at the flea market and he sold me some of his inventory so that I could "test" it on the website.

Opps, one of those things I thought I had covered. That's why I asked you guys to look over my shoulder! Will make that adjustment right now.
THANKS!

Looks great! Remember to add new stuff WEEKLY, and learn all you can about search engine optimization and promotion.
This is a great place to get started:
selfpromotion.com
He asks for a free will donation. Perfect for the sites like most of us here have.

MelBay: Thanks for looking. I am hoping to add new items at least weekly and buy some ad words once I get it up and going. My original goal was to have the website up and running by the end of September. However, this was relatively easy for me and I might be ready to go mid-month! I think I already have that self promotion website bookmarked.

Run your pages thru Doctor HTML and Net Mechanic to fix your browser errors.
Looks nice, but I'd "thin down" the red divider bars. They seem a bit too thick for the page. (just my opinion - which carrys NO weight whatsoever)

Answer
Kathleen, thanks for the feedback. I really didn't like the red lines either, so I have changed them -- for both of us. http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif

Answer
The page looks much "cleaner" now. (Gee, I didn't intent for you to remove the red bars, just thin them down! http://community.here.com/infopop/em...s/icon_eek.gif But it looks nice and clean now.)

JMHO, but I'd add some nice, light, tasteful background. I think it makes a site look more homey, know what I mean? Since you're going with the king/queen theme I'd go with some velvety background, or maybe some royal blue..... We need to find you something regal.
Just a thought.
