hi ,nice tricky question.
I have upgraded my website / shopping cart to include postage & VAT ( sales tax in UK)
I have visited the PDN page on paypal but i cant find a straight forward way of testing the cart to see if it charges correct.
please can someone enlighten me.

for my site, I tested it myself, bought something to be sure it worked right. but I use oscommerce, a shopping cart, and not paypals. when you get to pay you can choose check or money order so I chose check and then add the item back to inventory and void the sale.
