eBays' "WANT IT NOW" pages

Question
Have you seen it?
Interesting! People post what they're looking for, you 'reply' with a link to your listing. It looks good.

Answer
The idea has merit but I don't have time to wade through pages and pages of things that people want for nothing.
Won't work for me.

Answer
It could be a good idea, but morons will ruin it.
Want It Now: 1909 svdb penny
eBay search: 48 items found for 1909-s vdb
Why is he even posting a Want It Now listing?

Answer
The auctions are already listed on eBay....can't these people just do a search?

Answer
I figured out the answer to this dilema and if eBay would like to give me a call, I'd be happy give them a consultation. My BIN fee would be a mere $5000.
If they'd care to make a counter offer, I'm open to negotiations. That goes for all you other auction sites too.
Cash preferred... ok, I suppose - Paypal if necessary.

Answer
Lots of people in the DVD section looking for bootlegs and pirated movies. Awesome!

Answer
It's good in that
a) I'm searching ebay for a lavender - scented goose-down flannel pillow; none listed but I'm hoping someone has one they will list if they see my "want."
b) I have tons of stuff I am not listing, but if I see something I have that's wanted, I will go ahead and list it.

The downside is, I see that on some items wanted, people list them and place them, but the price they put on them is pretty high!

It could work, but it'll take work.

Answer
several ads for stuff I have listed - so doesn't hurt to take a little time and post a response.
Some of its in my store - so maybe these people don't know to search in stores - but some of them are core site listings so I'm thinking they just don't know how to search at all.
