I messed up an listed the wrong pin. Both are identical except one is a pin/pendant and the other is just a pin. I listed the more expensive one from my saved templates but it is the other one I have in stock. Auction ends tomorrow night.
I tried to contact the bidder to see if she wanted to complete the auction at a lesser price or have me try and order the more expensive one (cutting it a bit close for Christmas) The email address is no longer valid and the phone number is discontected (Company was listed as a high school and the phone number had an extention)
Now what?
I hate it when buyers don't update their info!

I would simply cancel the bid and then the auction stating item no longer available.

I agree with Jill, you have no obligation to conduct business with anyone with invalid contact information.
