Question
Canada Post reassured Canadians on Saturday that their holiday mail will not be affected if its administrative, clerical and technical workers go on strike.
"These people do not collect, process or deliver the mail," Canada Post spokesman John Caines said.
"If we cannot reach an agreement — and I hope we will — and the workers do go on strike, there will be absolutely no mail delays," he said.
The Crown corporation was responding to a statement last Friday that 2,600 of Canada Post's workers, represented by the Public Service Alliance of Canada, voted 73 per cent in favour of a strike that could come as early as Dec. 8.

Answer
UPS is on strike. Canada Post is a complete and utter farce. I live near the border and ship 99.9% of my items from the USPS including my items to Canada.
There is no excuse for the way Canada Post is run. It's all Political and Union BS.
