First I've heard of them. I checked out their site, and in one place they state "only $.50 to receive payment, with no skimming percentages." However, They do charge 2.5% to fund your account from a credit card, 2.5% plus $1.00 via ACH bank transfers, or $1.00 for checks/echecks/money orders, so that first statement may not be entirely true - they just switched where the skimming comes from.
Also, they get get you both ways coming and going, with another 2.5% for ACH withdrawals, etc. The outgoing fees are totally uncalled for if you ask me.
True, there is no outgoing transfer fee to other members, but that means finding another member to transact with, and there's no debit/ATM card offering either.
I think Ikodo is a better deal for many, and a good alternative to Paypal.

I tried yowcow briefly and it was not very pleasnat. My customers had to wait two weeks to get their funds available because yowcow seem to take so long. When you try to withdraw it takes equally as long. The final straw came when they froze the account of one of my regular customers. I am back with paypal which says a lot. Do some reserch on this company as well and it is not good.
