Question
I use to use the showcase ages ago (has to be about a year ago) I quit becuase they never worked right and cancelled my account. Two days ago they put it upon themselves and entered them into 600 of my current running auctions. They still don't work as it is picking up the wrong pictures just like last time.
How do I get rid of this bad penny!!! I can't find it on the help page and I emailed them but if it is anything like last year it will take days to hear from them if I do at all.
Anyone else have this happen to them??

Auctiva is worse than a virus, once you've got it it never goes away.
The only way that positively works is to change your ebay password.
Definitely a pain, but it will keep them out of your auctions.
Just asking them, if you can possibly find someone to ask on their website, doesn't work at all.

HI Doofy,
To there credit I did get an email this afternoon from support. They did not have a clue about why they were entered in either. Said I would have to manually edit all 600. I am shutting down the store though for the month of July as I am going to be with my daughter who is expecting our 2nd grandchild. I will deal with it when I get back.
I did go in and change my password though so it will not happen again!

Sounds like Auctiva. I've got to get around to getting auction sage going. My favorite auctiva non support response was "we'll get the programmer to look at it" (emphasis added). I'm thinking with all their problems "the" might have been fact not mistake. Maryanne
