Totally bogus.
eBay may be muddled of head, but it's always grammatically correct. From that email:

Correctly stated, this should read:

I have had two this week "representing" Australian banks. LOTS of Australians use online banking (and we have about 5 major banks here), someone has twigged and appears to be now sending these to Australian email addresses.
The second one arrived last night for the National Australia Bank. Did I fall for it? You be the judge (warning the link was direct, so it is probably not a good idea to click on the link below) :
