I've been trying to get a postage purchase through for about 30 mins ... I get a pop-up window saying it is currently unavailable.

This is an email I got a little while ago from Endicia:
We are currently unable to complete postage purchase transactions because of technical difficulties at our credit card processing agency. We have been in constant contact with our credit card processor and we hope to have this issue resolved very soon. At this time, you can print postage labels if you have sufficient funds in your postage account; however, you will not be able to purchase more postage with a credit card to refill your account. Postage purchases using direct debit from a checking account are running normally.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as the problem is resolved. We appreciate your patience and thank you for using Endicia.

This was still down tonight, but I added my checking account info and was able to buy postage, so that is one workaround!

They are fixed now. I wonder if they will be giving a discount. Probably not.
Yesterday, I used PayPal to do my labels and purchase shipping.
