if you have photoshop you can automate an entire folder to thumbnail and code the graphics.
not sure if PSP does it or not.

I thought I remember a program that you could drop the Url's into . That was made for Ebayers with lots of photo's?
Answer
eastwest, I'm not sure exactly what you're going for here, if you want to make the page yourself, or if you want something automated that will generate the gallery for you. Do you just want a thumbnail gallery of the pics or do you want the pics to be clickable with links going to the auctions for each one?
If you wanted it automated with links, you may want to look into SpareDollar Gallery. This is what it looks like:
http://www.sparedollar.com/sdGallery....asp?uID=24257
Basically, you bring up a list of your auctions, click the check boxes next to the ones you want added and whammo, it does the whole thing for you. It costs 4.95 a month for an unlimted number of items, and that also gets you access to all their other services as well. I have no affiliation with SpareDollar, I just use them and like them.

We have some cards ...thye have collectible #'s on Ebay

Answer
thumbnails cross selling tool is what you are thinking of I think:

you can only do 10 auctions at a time but then just repeat it as many times as you need and paste into auction. The clickable link leads to a auction though, if you just want to click to a larger picture then this isn't what you want.
