(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to November 2, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period (November 2-3, 2004) will be eligible for the promotional rate.
During the Two-Day 1¢ Sale:
For auction-style, Fixed Price, eBay Motors non-vehicles, and Real Estate Ad Format listings, the fee for Subtitle, Gift Services and Listing Designer will be $0.01 each. This promotion will not apply for eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings.
All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Border, Buy It Now, Highlight, Gallery, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus!, Bold, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to November 2, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period (November 2-3, 2004) but scheduled to start after the promotion ends on November 3, 2004.

WARNING! Subtitles are an Ebay rip off. If the item doesn't sell that has a subtitle and you want to relist there is no way to take the #**!* thing off. You will be charged 50 cents to relist unless you wait until the next penny subtitle day to relist those subtitle auctions.

UK is also having a FLD for listings starting under 1 pound. US often follows within a few days so there may be a FLD for items starting under 99 cents in the next week.
