Can someone walk me thru getting back Final value Fee on a item I found the View all Dispute that has a check mark that say eligible for credit BUT now I don't know what to do or where to go...Thanks in Advance...

When in the dispute screen, click on the item #, it will take you to a screen that will let you choose to close the dispute, select your choice and that's it.

I'm confused too....you click on the "View" button and take it from there....couldn't get to that screen clicking on the item number.
