Question
I've never opened one of these ... I assume it's a spoof. I sure have gotten a lot in the past 2 months. I couldn't find any threads here by searching "TKO Notice" ... so again, I assume it's nothing to concern me. Anyone else seen these? It has a picture attachment, so I've never opened one. LOL, I wonder if "TKO" is supposed to be technical knock out?

Answer
In a case like this, go straight to Google, search the title of the email using quotation marks, thus: "TKO Notice".
This particular one brings up a number of hits, e.g.
http://www.fraudwatchinternational.c...3_285_ebay.htm
all of which identify it as a "phishing" email, a fraud.
There is nothing to indicate that the .jpg also carries a virus or other malware, but don't bother to open this kind of email.
Answer
At least a few every week.
Answer
I'm getting almost one a day.
Answer
Looks like I'm in good company and thanks for the search tip.
Answer
Yep generally get one once a week on those. "TKO" I mean really how stupid! There's other ones that get sent that appear to be a bit more realistic and those can fool some. Those I will send to the paypal or ebaY spoof email links for their information and providing the URL that appears when I move the cursor over the link in the email (but I do not click the link)
But daily. I get these 41K size messages the indicate delivery failure and my email address from various email not any of my auction buyers. Just delete them but sure is annoying.
