Answer
Now if I could just sell something and get them to pay....
Answer
There's no way to really take advantage of this, other than to do a one-day listing today and hope the buyer will pay tomorrow.
Answer
Maybe we can talk Jim into giving us a free HOLIDAY GIFT listing day tomorrow and we can specify a PayPal payment option. All good for tomorrow only.

What a joke in my humble opinion.
What better gesture than to give everyone a credit for the time period PayPal screwed up - huh?
But noooooooo - quack about some lame duck "commitment".

You could use the immediate payment required option.
Answer
and send a credit to your PayPal account by November 25, 2004.
That is if the sight is up and running on the day they credit your account.
Answer
I got a letter from PayPal saying they were going to reimburse my fees for a 24 hour period due to the problems they had. Did anyone else get this email?
Answer
Yep, got it this morning, and (gee, I'm amazed!) it's for today. Of course, almost all of my auctions are paid for... So they aren't gonna be refunding much of anything, which is exactly what they had in mind. Surprised they didn't wait and send it out tonight... Just what one would expect from them, though. The usual less than worthless customer service... It's not even a good joke, just them messing with us in a different way!
Answer
