I would think that depends on the item and the word use.
"like Shamu" might be a no no, and a "Shamu" knock off would be too.
Otherwise, as long as the word is related to the item, and no one complains to ebay, you should be OK. Cuz we all know that ebay likes to shoot first and ask questions later! http://community.here.com/infopop/em...on_biggrin.gif

If you are going to use the word "Shamu" make sure it is in your title. Most buyers search via keyword anyway.
