Booted up the computer and turned on Outlook. A bunch of winning auction notices but no payment emails from PayPal. Log into PayPal and payments are there. Once again, No or Delayed emails from PayPal. urggggggggggg
Better keep an eye on PayPal if you are expectng payments as their email system is working as well as their management.... NOT

Pay Pal has been behind on emails to me all week. In fact, I have shipped items before Pay Pal sent me a notification...because I check Pay Pal like a hawk. This nonsense started before the Pay Pal "change" but it has been much worse this past week.
About 2 months ago my mom didn't get any email notifications from Pay Pal for over 2 weeks. My sister and I were getting our emails but mom didn't. We all use the same ISP.
This week my mom and sister haven't had any trouble with Pay Pal. I think it is all just a crapshoot!

I bought something recently on Ebay & paid for it with paypal. I recieved the payment sent notice from paypal about the same time the mail lady was ringing my doorbell with my package.
