Question
ARRRRRRRRRRRGGG!
I'm so sick of buyers thinking they can make outrageous demands and threaten "I'll file a claim with PayPal if you don't ________ !".
I think it's ridiculous PayPal allows a buyer to file a complaint for non-receipt not even 9 hours after they made payment.
A screen should come up saying, "You dumba$$, you just paid for this item less that 24 hours ago. Please allow at least 5 days for delivery of your item. If you do not receive it in this time frame, please try your claim again."
I mean eBay doesn't allow me as a seller to file for non-payment until 7.1 days after the auction, right??
Granted, all I had to do was print the label w/ DC (praise God yet again for endicia!!! AMEN) and plug the DC number into the PayPal dispute box - but it's such a waste of time!
::sigh:: I hope this isn't the beginning of a "crazy" week.
Answer
Yeah, it's always fun when they go down the eBay list of remedies (which, by the way, eBay actually supplies to them). BAM! SquareTrade filing. BAM! Opened a fraud case. BAM! Disputed a PayPal transaction. BAM! Left you negative feedback. BAM! Got the postal inspectors on the case. BAM! Looked up your home phone number and called you at 5 am.
Okay, eBay probably doesn't suggest that last one.
eBay. One of the top 10 online recreational activities for people who want to take out their issues on other people. It's all too clear there are people who do this for pure enjoyment.

Oh so I'm not the only one who gets called at outrageous times? Oh but I love when they mention oh its 11am time here we're 3 hours ahead of you. Well if you know that why dont you count off the time on your little fingers. As a business I will not answer customer calls outside of business hours. I would love to do the same with emails but ebay buyers expect 24-7 service
Answer
Hey Fluff, you called it. Do you have this week's lotto numbers please?
::sigh:: Just got a SwearParade case filing notification.
I've got 5 emails in my box this morning after telling her specifically and clearly not to email me again.
Knowing I would get the standard "what members email to each other is none of eBay's concern" response, I sent all those along to eBay powersmeller support.
