What the ...? PayPal down AGAIN?!?

From just moments ago:
"We are aware that members may continue to experience intermittent errors while logging in to the PayPal site or when attempting to pay with PayPal. We are aware of the problem and are currently working on a solution.
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your continued patience."
As I have said before, they clearly do not appreciate (as in "realize the scope of") our continued IMpatience.

I get the home page (with the fulsome October 14 All Problems Resolved! message), enter username and password, and boom.
Red letter territory again. I can't even get to the Help pages.
Anyone got an 800 number? I feel like yelling at someone and perhaps getting them to reconsider their choice of employer.

NOW I'm getting all my payment notifications. Of course, they're mixed in with what few new payments I'm getting and it's driving me crazy trying to sort through them.
Thank goodness I don't completely rely on their emails to know who has paid and who hasn't.

The emails lack of a transaction date is VERY annoying. I've been sorting out the already-taken-care-of ones and the new ones.
