I didn't even know it until my sister called and asked me who I was selling the high dollar fish finder for. I had no idea what she was talking about, she told me my alternate ID, which I haven't listed on for about 6 months, had a fifteen hundred dollar fish finder auction going. I did NOT list anything under that ID. What do I do? Where do I start? HURRY!!

I waited on the transfer (in the first browser window) for about 10 minutes. Chatted with the guy for a couple minutes, told him what was going on. For verication purposes he asked for my name, address and phone number that was listed in my ebay info. I gave it to him, and about 15 seconds later he was calling me on the phone, and we finished taking care of business via the telephone. Pretty cool!

10 minutes is a long time. I would have hung up (?) long time before that. Especially since I am sure there is no music or any indication that you are still connected and have not been cut off.

I looked at my listings--I usually sold earrings--and all of the sudden I had listed a motorboat! Yikes! Never felt so helpless in my life. Live Support was great, though.
