Members may be experiencing intermittent errors while accessing the PayPal site or when attempting to pay for eBay items with PayPal. We are aware of the problem and are currently working on a solution.

Not much help. Apparently people have been intermittently experiencing PayPal connection problems since last Friday's maintenance. A few posters on the board (don't go there...it's dangerous LOL) said they talked to someone at PayPal who told them the website is currently being updated and it should be functional by 2:00 PM EST. The coding for the new homepage seems to be a big part of the problem.

They were saying on the PS board that this was a planned maintenance, and that Paypal has been giving the "Reply Hazy, Ask Again Later" screen all weekend long.
Supposedly it's working much better today. I haven't tried to login

I just bought a BIN and tried to follow the usual pay links and got a message that paypal was down for scheduled maintenance and would be up at 11:30 AM. I hope it doesn't throw out my BIN cause I think it was one of those where you must pay immediately.
