I list there and they are super dependable..I haven't been up there yet today but they are rolling out a new format this morning and perhaps they are running into some problems..I guess I'll find out in about an hour when I start listing.

It was probably maintenance. I think they have maintenance in the middle of the night on Fridays. (Not sure so don't quote me!)
I've been with them for a few years and it has been an excellent experience. One thing you can count on - If you are having a problem and contact them, they are ON IT immediately! Excellent customer service. They will follow it through until you are completely taken care of. No canned emails...gotta love THAT in today's world!
I like it also because I need the tools as well as the pic hosting. I need easy!
As far as down time, in the 3+ years I've been there, I could count the times they've been down on one hand. (I'm pretty sure I'd have fingers left over too!) The times they have had problems have been short lived because they are so good at getting things going ASAP.

I have been using Inkfrog for a couple of years now and I must say this:

I have always heard great things about them. They have IMPECCABLE customer service.
I don't use them because I find the custom template section confusing and limited.
They were working on that though so I am not sure if they have improved it or not.
