Answer
Looked a lot simpler to find your way around - ah for the good old days
Answer
aw...those were the days...........I liked the pages better back then, and now I have proof that they were better.
Answer
Wouldn't it be neat if the entire eBay site can be archive at various points in time. Like maybe once a year. Then one can go back and see like how many feedbacks one has, what the sellthru rate was, what ending prices look like, what eBay features actually works, etc...
Answer
I started selling right before they changed their name to ebay. I don't really remember what the pages looked like (other than a one page lister, then a second page to confirm and that was it !).
I do remember it was a pain for awhile to list. once they switched to the ebay name you had to go to the other site to list but still had auctions on the auction web site so had to monitor both.
not to mention you were only allowed to list I think it was 7 or 10 auctions an hour so had to sit around and wait until the top of the hour to list any more items!

There was a quota of how many auctions eBay will accept each hour for the whole site. Usually quota is met within the first 10 to 15 minutes.
Sometimes I wonder if we are not better off with the quota system. Maybe quotas for auctions and unlimited store items. Certainly will get rid of those sellers with thousands of auction listings.
