That page has been around for a long time. If you have altered your security settings it may have changed your ability to get other pages. If so, you may need to put "http://cgi5.ebay.com" into your trusted sites. If not, try starting from "Sell a similar item" from one of your other auctions.
Ebay claims to be security conscious, but in order to use the site properly you need to virtually reduce every security setting on your computer (this is a major problem across the entire internet - technology makes it easier for the nasties to get distributed, because people reduce their security settings to use the sites when surfing).
Hopefully this helps, otherwise you may have months of much slower listing (I did until I worked out how to change my security settings to make SYI work again).

Thanks Kevin. I've used ebay's syi form for the last few months since I dropped SD and I've been listing today and just now got that page-I guess I'm lucky-this stinks lol.
I've been using the sell similar-it keeps my template html so it's easier for me
I wonder if this might be because I ended up putting something in ebay motors and then couldn't get back to the regular listing form, had to redo the whole thing in another window I swear, if I were a newbie I'd be sooo lost with all this b.s. and give up
