Normally I would shrug and say "You get what you pay for" except that on Vrane, you don't even get that.
I've been using them for years to automatically return positive feedback but I no longer expect it to be done correctly or anything. I had the "send a thank you email to the buyer" feature enabled for a while, which costs a lot more moola, but it always sent gobbledygook instead of my form letter.
Actually, one of the great things about moving away from eBay is that I'll be able to stop paying Vrane.
