Please help. I wanted to take advantage of the Free Listing Day today, but cannot open a darn account. I have type those letters/numbers into the box over and over and it will not take.
I keep getting: Please correct the entries highlighted in yellow. We either had trouble understanding those fields, or need more information.

I found a number on their site and called it, but it was to their billing department. They could only tell me that it was a server problem. I've heard that "term" before.
Heck, I didn't need to spread my wings over there anyway.

It has been a long time.
But, you first need to open an account. Then there is the silly passport or something like that. That's a second step requiring a second password.
Even if it says your account is not open, try it and see if it is open.

This goes back a few years so I don't know if it is so now.
That password and security key would always confuse me.
I think that there is a limit to how many times you can mess up signing in into an account. It's either 3 or 4 times. You'd have to wait 24 hours before trying again or call them to reset something.
Just now I tried calling the numbers I have for them but they lead me to billing or paydirect.
