New Twist on Scam

Question
My husband has some rather expensive items for sale right now. He rec'd a phone call thru Sprint's relay service (A form of service used commonly for the deaf) with someone interested in buying one of his items. Because it was so hard to communicate thru the relay service we ask to continue thru e-mail.
Of course the first red flag went up when someone using a service normally reserved for the deaf wanted to buy a professional musical instrument.
The e-mail was pure Nigerian 4 1 9 scam. The buyer was going to send us more money than we ask for cause someone owed him money and he had it one big check- and would we send him the overpayment via western union (I then knew for sure it was the Nigerian scam).
Of course we said sure- no problem. I can hardly wait to get the check so we can turn it over to the Secret Service.
Anyway- the new twist to this scam is using Sprint relay service- so if you get a call asking about an item you are selling- beware!
