List an item for sale, it gets bids it sells, it even got paid for, I left feedback, I shipped, they received, they left glowing feedback, then drop me an email
jist of it was....I received X, my 6 YO daughter is very happy with X she wore them to bed last night.
I am concerned though that we have received someone else's order....the title says brown, the number on the item matched the title, but the picture shows red and I received brown X
I search, I think geez was my pic that bad that red is brown, I am stumped, then I look at the auction, OH my ....I am embarassed, the wrong pic....
This is the nicest ebayer, I write her, and tell her, I am sorry and full refund is forthcoming because of my error, blah blah....and that the pic didn't match the title,
SHE writes back, no do not send a refund, I was just really worried I had someone elses order and was going to have to remove X from my daughter.
To which I replied, even if they were someone elses, no WAY would I ask her daughter to give it up now.

my recent boo-boo got me a neutral feedback.
Night before leaving town for vacation, buyer comes in and buys several items from my store. 4AM I'm up packing this guys stuff so I can ship it on our way out of town. And he overpaid shipping, so I sent a check for $1.25 with the package.
I left one item out of the package in my haste.
Get an email mid-week asking where is X, I ordered X. Thinking they just didn't see it, I asked them to double check, and they re-stated they didn't have it.
I explained that I'm on vacation, do not have my cards available to check, but will do so right away when I get home, and if X is there, I'll ship it out the next day. He's OK with this, although checks in twice more after I already told him the date I'll be able to check.
Get home and sure enough here it is. SO pack it up and ship it out. Check in a week later because I hadn't heard anything, and he says yes, he has it, he's waiting for my check to clear before leaving feedback (this is a $1.25 check, remember?).
So last night find a neutral "missing this card (out of 10 cards), sent back to me after several emails" which of course makes me sound like a total dweeb I think.
Responded with "Packed order right b4 vacation, missed 1 card, snt as soon as returned home" and an email to him directly reminding him of WHY I couldn't send the card faster.

Thank goodness it wasn't a negative... I only have 1 and I plan on keeping it that way as looooooong as possible.
