Question
Sometimes I get stumped on where to put apparel when I list. To me, plus is anything from size 16 to 1x and up. Misses is from size 8 to 14. Anyone have a guideline they follow?
Like, a bust of 54 is 3X. Bust of 48 COULD be a size 12 to 14 to 3x depending on ...well...the bust and hips of a woman. But in general, any particular rules to keep in mind to follow as a guideline?
Answer
Well depends on which brand plus could be anything from size 12+ or to 16+
In general Misses sizes are the regular adult female sizes but there are also womans, juniors and petites. Women are sometimes the same as plus but normally it means the same size range as misses but with more ease in the hip/tummy area to accommodate a more womanly figure.
Misses sizes are usually even, Juniors are odd and Petites and womans will have a P or W besides them.
I'll pull out my spec guide and see if I can pull the extact definitions of each range
