Question
Okay, I am hoping that this is just a temporary glitch and no one here can work out what I am referring to (because it happens to be fixed by the time you follow the links).
NARU'd Buyer appears to have done a vigilante on sellers of MP3's (see the fourth feedback).
This type of thing happened to me and 21 other people once where a guy bid on random auctions, and left negatives within seconds of the auctions finishing. That time the neg's were removed as soon as the action was shown to Ebay. It looks like the same has happened on this occassion - if you check the NARU's left feedback there is none in spite of what the fourth received feedback says.
Now check the feedback of the minus one seller who left a neg for non-payment. At the time of writing, s/he has a rating of -1 but no actual feedback, virtually leaving her/him with an unusable account because s/he has no explanation of why s/he has -1. I have never been aware of Ebay leaving the "rating" when they have removed a feedback bombing.
Is this now policy? It strikes me as very unfair on the seller who has been hit, as there is no link back to the other party to show the way that the neg had been left, and no ability to respond to the neg.

Answer
Kevin,
I clicked on someone's feedback the other day and even though they had zero negs, their feedback was just below 100%.
They did, however, have a mutually withdrawn feedback noted. I wondered the same thing.
