Answer
Doesn't make much sense.
Oh well, I guess one day eBay will decide they are no longer just a venue.
What happens if someone buys adult material on eBay? Does this mean adult material sellers cannot offer PayPal?
How about drugs - like weight loss ones? Where do those fit in?
The world is getting so complex that one has to spend hours just to keep up with dos and don'ts.

Very bad news.
I recently ran into a "violation" on my site w/PP. PP contacted me, telling me if I didn't take care of it my account could be closed.
Problem was, they didn't tell what the violation was. I spoke to several PP reps, (phone/email) the email notice was legit, but nobody could tell how I had violated PP policy. It wasn't that they wouldn't, they couldn't, nobody could figure out why I was being warned.
Never did figure it out.

Wow, if PayPal can levy and enforce fines ... do you really think eBay may be next? Would be great to see fines against deadbeats ... however would a seller ever get to share in that booty? What devilish torture would they then dream up applying to sellers as another step?
::shudder::
I have always thought a $5 deposit for all newbies was in order. Then if they didn't pay a bid, that $5 would be split between eBay and seller to cover costs. I thought that would discourage the eBay as entertainment trend. I know this is a terribly simplistic idea - but ya gotta start somewhere. LOL
Will there be a schedule of fines posted? An appeals process? Are they able to institute fines without any explanatory info? Who regulates this stuff anyway?
