Yesterday afternoon a friend told me that eBay had out-sourced a lot of it's customer service to off-shore call centers. This person claims that Safe Harbor calls are also being handled by OSCC's as well. Also, that emails to customer service & Safe Harbor are being handled off-shore as well. "Maybe not all, but many," he said.
Has anyone else heard this?

I've realized this question is pretty stupid, and more than that it's completely irrelevant.
It actually would be more interesting and news worthy if they hadn't out-sourced!

Of course, it would be nice to know what training those who are making decisions that affect livelihoods have received.....
