In the next few weeks, we will be making some changes to the Item Specifics in the Pottery & Glass category. The values for the Item Specifics in these categories are being fine-tuned based on Community input from experienced buyers and sellers in these categories, as well as further research on buying behavior.
Item Specifics enhance the browsing and searching experience by helping buyers drill down quickly to reach just the types of items they are looking for. We will be reducing some of the overlap between maker lists in Art Pottery & China, Dinnerware, as well as adding values to Art Glass and Glassware. I don't know, I think I kinda liked it when they had to wade through lots of related items. You never know when something they WEREN'T specifically looking for might catch their eye. I know I've made some purchases that way.
