Is there no limitation for an insurance company to claim moneys paid to a health care professional. There are limitations as to when we can file claims. Some insurance cos deny claims older than 12 months for timely filing. There's one that denies claims older than 90 days on a termed policy. But we have had cases where insurance companies claim back moneys paid 4 years ago. And it is so easy for them - just deduct it off your current dues.
I would be very interested in knowing the limitations on their actions.
