What is the name of your state? new hampshire. i hope you can answer this question. in this state is the agent absolutely required to be present when the insured signs the application part of the life insurance forms. my agent has , on many occasions not been present and therefore not explained the ramifications of replacement which we or i have doscovered is not in ones best interest since i now am left without life insurance. my agent let me down by continuous replacement and not telling me or us what this meant. three years later, after death, im penniless. twenty years of premiums and constant replacement by her left me in this state. any help you can give me is very much appreciated. thank you [email]sharonra2000@yahoo.com[/email]
