Is it possible for a spouse can take out a life insurance policy on the other spouse with out them other spouse being aware of it.

Since every life insurance application I have ever seen has questions that must be answered of the person being insured (medical history, etc.) and requires their signature, I would have to say no.
Are you trying to take out a policy on someone or are you wondering whether someone has taken one out on you?

I am wondering if my husband has taken out a policy on me with out me be aware of it. Also, if I can do the same to him.
