My termination date was on 8/13, however the company has terminated health insurance coverage on 8/04. I have not been paid for the period of 8/04-8/13, although I am owed monies and have filed for payments to be made. I have a letter from the employer confirming the date of termination to be 8/13 and my contract states that health insurance is provided. What do I need to do for the company to change the health insurance termination date to the actual date of my termination? The company is sticking to the date of 8/04 and is not budging.
