Question
we filed chpt.13 in may 2001 we just received our 1st summary and the auto loans added interest. we met with our lawyer and he said they could but when we filed he said we would only pay what we owe which already had interst added . one loan was 20k before filing now is 28k .my lawyer does not seem to be too concerned we want to pay our bills but what interest rate can they charge for the chpt 13 our rate was 12% on the loan
