Ex-husband owes back child support and sells insurance. Divorce granted in Utah and I still live there. He has a resident Utah license but lives in Nevada (where he has a non-resident license). What can I do to get these agencies to revoke his license? I want to know why he can do this. It seems like he's totally skirting the laws of both states.

This is not an insurance question, but a how do I collect child support question. Post this on the child support board. I help people with insurance problems, but not with support issues especially if I sense someone trying to be vindictive to ex spouse.

I have taken this matter up with CSE and they handle it the same as collecting my support - ignore it. Why is someone allowed to have a professional license and not follow the criteria for having that license? No one seems to want to answer THAT question.
