What is the name of your state? NJ. I am home owner, retained builder to demolish and re-build my residence. I got my own insurance, (builder’s risk insurance). The declaration page does mentions “Dwell under construction” coverage “MPL13” would like to know does this policy have coverage for any damage to neighbor’s property, I know any damage to neighbor’s property should be covered by builder’s insurance, I sued my builder for improper workmanship but neighbor is thinking about sing me for delay in construction because of pending law suite because he is not able to rent his house ( long story short neighbor may be justified for not able to rent this house) THANKS IN ADVANCE

Huh? Does it cover WHAT damage to neighbor's house?

State: NJ, damages like driveway repair due to bob cat driven to get mud from my backyard to front through neighbour's driveway. His rental loss due because retaining wall on my side is not constructed that's unsafe to use his driveway.

Who was driving the bobcat? The contractor? Then, HIS insurance is responsible for the driveway damage. I'm not understanding about the retaining wall.
