my car was recently stolen from a hotel parking lot while on vacation in canada. i have contacted my insurance company and they have told me that they will not do anything on my claim until 25 days have passed in case my car is recovered. when do they legally have to get money to me for the stolen car?? i have been told by various people that they only have 30 days to get me the money. is this true??
