My huband was hurt on the job in February, he's self-employed, we finally managed to get my, I'm his wife, employers health insurance company to pay the bills, Now we get something about subrogation in the mail with the same questions we already had to answer for the insurance co.. What are the laws reagrding this? Are we going to be responsible for the costs or does my insurance have to cover him?
